The biggest challenge of 21st Century is the acute shortage of "talented and dynamic management professionals" to be absorbed into Indian industry which is infused with globalization scenario.

To meet the challenging tasks of modern industry with focus on privatization & globalization, there is an inescapable need to train our youth with synergic blend of technology and managerial acumenship.

To cater for the above requirements, there would be a consistent endeavor of SASIIT&R, Mohali to identify the evolving leadership and management imperatives of modern industry and to paradigm multi disciplinary approach to harness and channelize the latent potentials of our budding management professionals.

SASIIT&R, Mohali would also make allout efforts to help students inculcate highest sense of discipline, imbibe in them the best social etiquettes & manners, acquire positive attitude, sharpen their soft skills and of course acquiring the best possible quality knowledge in their respective areas of specialization.
