SAS Institute is housed in a ultra modern, centrally air-conditioned campus spread over 73,800 sq. ft. in the industrial hub of Mohali. The campus offers an ambience with extensive facilities catering to all comforts akin to a corporate work environment.

8 Tutorial and 10 Modern, air-conditioned lecture halls are spacious & equipped with professional address systems & latest audio-visual multimedia projection systems. Specification as stipulated by AICTE.

SASIIT has three fully equipped state of the art Computer Labs with multimedia projection systems. All 150 computers are wired on a network with high speed switching system with internet access round the clock. The student computer ratio is 1:1. Qualified & experienced support staff assist the students ensuring effective comprehension & development of practical computer & software skills.

A fully air conditioned, computerized library is well equipped with several thousand professional books on Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Soft Skill development & humanities. The library caters for over 50 National and International Magazines, Periodicals and Journals. The library functioning is facilitated by a computerized catalogue for online reference. There is an exclusive reference section where valuable books are accessible. There is an additional reading hall where library members can study and prepare notes.

With the focus on overall development, the institute has established an amenity center where students may relax and enjoy. The facility includes indoor games, music, TV, and a gymnasium.

In pursuance of "A sound mind prefers a sound body" participation in outdoor games and sports by students is not only encouraged but emphasized adequately. Annual competitions of different games and sports are conducted. The college is represented in various games and sports at University and higher levels.

SASIIT has engaged homelike hostels at convenient locations in the vicinity of the institute separately for boys and girls. Our hostels offer well cooked, hygienic meals & a comfortable staying arrangement at affordable costs for the students. The outstation teaching faculty members stay in these hostels along with students ensuring effective supervision. Estimated cost of boarding and lodging in hostel is approx. Rs.2000/- PM.

The Institute has a modern air conditioned Seminar Hall with 300 seating capacity. This facility is used to conduct addresses/lectures by renowned Guest speakers from industry and academia, declamation and debate contests, seminars and other relevant activities. The hall is equipped with an effective public address system and a modern projection system.

A dedicated bus facility is available to students who desire to use the same for commuting from their places of staying around the institute including Parwanoo, Kalka, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, Chandigarh and Mohali. Students are picked up from convenient pickup points located in these towns/suburbs.

Requisite First Aid facility is available in the institute round the clock. In any emergency medical cover at call is available for the students and staff of the Institute. Doctors empanelled with the institute visit the college for conducting periodic preventive medical check up of the students.

For the convenience of students and staff, a STD/PCO & Photostat facility is available in the institute during its working hours.
