The 3 year course enables you to pursue an individualized and challenging career path in the tourism industry. You gain an understanding of the tourism industry, the impacts of tourism on host communities and the sound management of tourism related businesses. The final year of the degree includes an industry based internship giving you hands on experience.

For people who want to work in hospitality industry as supervisors and managers. Year 1 combines practical food and beverage service and cookery skills with management papers. Your management skills will be further developed in year 2. This diploma enables students to apply for the National Diploma in Hospitality management and is an excellent qualification to take overseas assignments. Student will be encouraged to work in localhospitality industry while studying.
